She works to promote balance across several different arenas, specializing in yoga, functional movement, mobility and nutrition all at once.
Emily utilizes a range of disciplines and training methods to help her clients reach their health and fitness goals – the very ones that they never imagined would be possible. She has a genuine willingness to see herself and her clients as a team, together creating unbreakable relationships, unforgettable memories, and overall embarking on a magical journey as a unit. This personal investment in each and every one of her sessions with her clients has built the foundation of her success in helping them achieve lasting results.

Emily has trained under world-renowned yogi Stewart Gilchrist in London, and boasts over a dozen years of experience and Head of Yoga at the exclusive members only club Core Collective, elite boutique fitness studios located throughout London. Not loyal to one style of training over the other, Emily’s hybrid approach honors the way that different styles can combine in a multi-dimensional regime with core strength, form and alignment at the center. This is achieved through bodyweight exercises, stretching, functional strengthening and flexibility. While you may end up a bit sore, feeling muscles you never knew existed, you will also leave your session with Emily calm, focused, and with an unshakeable smile.
